Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lighting Project Manager Assistant to support our electrical lighting PM team. The right candidate will bring a solid understanding of commercial lighting scopes material lists and project coordination fundamentals and will be confident managing priorities and communicating across all phases of a project.
This is an in-office role reporting to the Project Manager Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Support the electrical lighting PM with day-to-day project coordination tasks
Review and interpret customer purchase orders and ensure accuracy against project scope
Track and communicate project schedules and priority shifts across all phases of commercial lighting work
Monitor material needs and assist with managing typical commercial lighting material lists
Coordinate internal communications to keep project milestones on track
Flag scheduling conflicts scope changes and delivery issues proactively
Maintain organized project documentation and assist with reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of commercial electrical lighting scope of work and typical material components
Ability to read and understand customer POs and project documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Self-directed and confident working independently with minimal oversight
Prior experience in an electrical construction or project coordination role preferred
Benefits and Compensation
Pay rate: $23$26/hr depending on experience
MondayFriday schedule consistent in-office hours
