This is a strong opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to step into a Director-level role overseeing a growing surgical services program. Reporting into executive leadership youll have full accountability for clinical quality operations and financial performance across perioperative services.
What Youll Own
- Full leadership oversight of Surgical Services (OR PACU Pre/Post and related areas)
- Drive operational performance: case flow efficiency staffing and patient outcomes
- Lead budgeting productivity and resource management to meet financial targets
- Ensure regulatory readiness compliance and patient safety standards
- Partner closely with physicians and leadership to improve service line performance
- Mentor and develop managers and clinical leaders building a high-performing team
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice adoption
- Handle escalations including physician relations patient concerns and team dynamics
What You Bring
- RN license (Texas)
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 35 years of leadership experience at Manager level or above
- Strong perioperative background (OR required)
- Track record of driving operational and financial results
- Ability to lead teams influence physicians and execute on strategic initiatives
- BLS certification required
