Job Summary

AlediumHR is representing an opportunity for a Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner for the Sleep Lab for a major northwest hospital organization.

This is a full-time position for an experienced Respiratory Therapist seeking to step into a more advanced patient-focused role in a sleep lab. Youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team delivering specialized cardiopulmonary care and supporting patients with complex respiratory and sleep-related conditions.

What youll be stepping into:

Provide direct patient care for cardiopulmonary and sleep-related conditions
Perform and support diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures
Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Utilize advanced clinical judgment in a specialized care setting

What matters most:

Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license (required upon hire)
BLS certification (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
