Job Summary

Position Title: Customer Service Assistant

8:00-16:45 Mon-Fri

Peachtree City GA (100% Onsite)

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting sales operations through customer service order processing and shipment coordination in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Receive and process purchase orders
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and internal teams
Handle shipping-related documentation including preparation of invoices packing slips and bills of lading (B/L)

Qualifications & Skills:

PC Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and use standard functions
- Ability to create simple tables and charts
- Experience using filter functions
Communication Skills:
- Ability to accurately understand questions and requests
- Ability to clearly express ideas and information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
