Job Summary
3-month internship position
Position: Bank Teller Intern
Remote Care Space is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bank Teller Intern. This is a full-time 3-month internship position that will provide valuable hands-on experience in the banking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with deposits withdrawals and other banking transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Process and verify transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Maintain and balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in business finance or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior customer service experience is an asset
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule for 3 months
