Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative youll be the voice of the brandproviding professional friendly and efficient support to customers across multiple channels. Your goal: resolve queries quickly while ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

What Youll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat (in German)
• Assist with product details order tracking and issue resolution
• Accurately log all interactions in internal systems
• Deliver timely high-quality service with a customer-first mindset
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Thrive in a fast-moving service-driven environment

What You Bring

• Fluency in German (C1C2 written and spoken)
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication problem-solving and computer skills
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends
