About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our online retail client team in this role you will provide professional support to customers handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German
- Assist customers with product information order updates and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in support systems
- Provide professional timely and friendly customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adapt to a fast-paced customer-focused work environment
Requirements
- German proficiency: C1C2 (written and spoken)
- English proficiency for internal communication
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification required
- Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage; retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication problem-solving and computer skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends if required
