Role Overview
We are hiring a Portuguese-speaking Sales Consultant (L1) to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector.
This is a client-facing B2B sales role combining outbound outreach lead qualification appointment setting and light closing activities. Depending on the campaign you may either book meetings (e.g. webinars) or pass qualified leads to the Level 2 sales team.
This is not a purely administrative role we are looking for confident communicators who can engage prospects handle objections and contribute to sales performance.
Contract Details
- Type: Freelance cooperation agreement
- Location: 100% Remote
- Rate: 11 per hour
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 3 to 4 hours per day
- Between 09:00 17:00 CEST
Training
- 1 week paid training (10 euros per hour)
- Full attendance required
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to potential clients
- Work with warm leads provided by the client database
- Present products and solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Support the sales cycle including closing when applicable
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent client communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve performance targets
Requirements
Language Skills
- Portuguese: C2 (native or near-native proficiency required)
- English: good working level
Experience and Background
- Previous experience in:
- B2B sales outbound calling or call center environments
- Proven ability in closing sales (not only lead generation)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable working with:
- KPIs and sales targets
- CRM systems and structured workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with technical or industrial products
- Background in sales business or engineering
Technical Requirements
- Stable internet connection (LAN required)
- Desktop or laptop:
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum
- Minimum 1.8 GHz processor 8 GB RAM
- At least 10 GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
