About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team in Braga. This is a great chance to build your career in a fast-paced international environment while supporting customers in both French and English.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support across multiple communication channels
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with customers in both French and English
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work rotational shifts within 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (including occasional Saturdays)
- Valid work eligibility:
- EU ID or Residence Card or
- Manifestação de Interesse or
- Valid Work Visa (Type D) with AIMA appointment scheduled or
- Expired Work Visa (Type D) with completed AIMA appointment
- NIF required
- NISS is a plus (support can be provided if needed)
