Job Summary
Braga Portugal On-Site French Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 07:00PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM Start Date: 9/Apr/26 Permanent Contract (3 months trial)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team in Braga Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting customers in French and English.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide high-quality customer service support via multiple channels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Communicate with customers in French and English
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Fluency in French
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays
EU ID Residence card and Manifestação de Interesse OR Valid Work Visa (Type D) AIMA Appointment Scheduled NIF OR Expired Work Visa (Type D) AIMA Appointment Already Attended NIF

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive base salary paid over 14 months
Performance Bonus: 155 per 12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
Position bonus for Braga: 20 per 12 months (Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment)
Health Insurance: Since day 1 (monthly fee applies). Free after 6 months of contract
Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day per week
