Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to SMB clients across multiple communication channels: live chat email and phone
Conduct outbound calls when needed to ensure prompt query resolution
Deliver pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products guiding clients to maximize campaign performance
Offer expert guidance on products and tools to enhance client experience
Identify trends and recurring challenges proactively implementing solutions to improve client satisfaction
Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule covering Monday to Sunday
