Job Summary
Porto Portugal On-Site German English Monday to Sunday: 06:00 21:00 (Rotative Shifts) Start Date: 7/May/26 2 rotative days off
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service professionals to join a dynamic team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain professional communication in German and English
Work in rotative shifts to ensure customer support coverage
Contribute to team goals and customer satisfaction targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
German language proficiency at C1 level
English language proficiency at C1 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work rotative shifts including weekends
Valid documentation for working in Portugal
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive base salary
Performance bonus: 200 per 12 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 per day
Welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment
