ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support professionals to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic BPO environment providing outstanding support to customers while developing your career in Portugals vibrant capital.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide high-quality customer support via multiple channels
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Advanced Dutch language skills (Flemish speakers are welcome to apply)
English UK proficiency
EU documentation required
High school diploma
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
