ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are hiring Customer Support Representatives Telecom Products (French) to join our clients team in Porto. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
Note: Only local candidates (within 30 km of Porto). No relocation package offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality customer support through multiple channels Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Communicate with customers in French Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in French (mandatory) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented with attention to detail Availability for rotational shifts including Saturdays Must live within 30 km of Porto
Legal requirements: EU Citizenship OR Portuguese Residence Card Valid NIF and NISS
WHAT WE OFFER:
Base salary x14 months Guaranteed bonus for 3 months: 100 gross or more based on performance Meal allowance: 9.60/day (net meal card) Transport reimbursement up to 40/month Welcome bonus: 150 gross paid in the 4th month Permanent contract International environment with career growth opportunities
