Job Overview
We are building a talent pool for proactive highly organized Sales and Marketing Support. This role is primarily focused on managing social media activities supporting administrative operations and handling telemarketing and sales support functions to drive engagement lead generation and overall business growth potentially for an international client based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting content across platforms Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner Respond to inquiries and support lead generation through social channels Support brand visibility and online engagement strategies
Telemarketing Support
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries Qualify prospects and gather relevant information Set appointments and support sales pipeline development Maintain accurate call notes and lead records
Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns promotions and outreach initiatives Support lead generation activities aligned with business goals Coordinate with internal teams on marketing requirements
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling and coordination
Assist in documentation reporting and file management
Support executive or team requirements as needed
Reporting & Analysis
Track social media engagement and campaign performance
Prepare regular updates and basic reports for management
Monitor lead generation performance and activity outcomes
Collaboration
Work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging
Support cross-functional initiatives related to sales and marketing objectives
Qualifications
Experience: 35 years of combined experience in social media management administrative support and sales/telemarketing preferably supporting offshore or international clients (Singapore experience is a plus
Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.) CRM systems sales tools and basic MS Office/Google Workspace
Soft Skills: Proactive highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently; confident in handling outbound calls
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and customers
