Essential Skills

Hands-on experience with IBM BPM / IBM BAW development
Strong programming skills in:
- Java
- JavaScript
Experience with:
- REST & SOAP web services
- XML & JSON
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Strong debugging and development expertise

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and enhance IBM BPM / BAW workflows
Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Work with XML/JSON data formats
Use IBM Integration Designer (IID) for integrations
Develop and modify UI components using JavaScript
Perform:
- Unit testing
- Bug fixing
- Production support
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell
Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment
Prepare technical documentation
Support knowledge transfer (KT) and handover activities
