Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone email and in person.
- Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage appointments service documentation and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
