About the Role
The Senior Client Solution Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with a portfolio of key advertisers driving revenue growth and ensuring client success on the Pinterest platform. This role demands a highly strategic individual with exceptional relationship-building skills a deep understanding of digital advertising and a passion for the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on Pinterests advertising products and best practices particularly lower-funnel solutions. Educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for major advertisers aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Proactively cultivate and sustain strong long-term relationships with key client decision-makers acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support.
- Drive revenue growth through effective account management upselling and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams including Engineering Measurement & Insights Product Marketing Creative Strategy and Performance Solutions to ensure client needs are met.
- Mentor and guide other account managers fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Share best practices and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor activity and the evolving digital advertising landscape.
Qualifications:
- 7years of experience in digital advertising sales managing high-value relationships driving strategic learning agendas and leading client communication.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A solid technical foundation and relevant experience in Search/Shopping/App/Social advertising technologies.
