Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness presentation and guest comfort across our lifestyle destination.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be visible on the floor supporting your team and driving a culture of pride consistency and attention to detail. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience ensuring that every guest room and our vibrant public spaces perfectly reflect the quality care and bold design our guests expect from the Mondrian brand.

Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily cleaning operations for rooms and public areas ensuring the highest standards through regular personal inspections.

• Team Leadership: Lead train and manage a diverse team of internal and outsourced staff fostering a culture of accountability and support.

• Financial Control: Manage departmental budgets inventory and operating costs to maximize hotel profitability.

• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively resolve guest feedback and ensure the team delivers courteous premium service at all times.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with domestic laws health and safety regulations and company grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of housekeeping management experience preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.

• Skills: Strong communication skills in Korean and English are essential.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management preferred.

• Mindset: A hands-on leader with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for high-end hospitality.
