Minimum of two years experience in a dental clinic or dental lab.
Proven experience working with the US market

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and online chat
Assist customers with product information pricing and order processing
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Collect and maintain accurate customer account information
Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs
Requirements
Strong experience in the dental field
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in dental terminology
Prior customer support experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively
Solid understanding of client services principles
Proficient in data entry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
