Job Summary
EXPERIENCE: 7 years of experience with minimum 3 Finance and SCM D365 full cycle implementation experience
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
Implementation & Configuration
- Lead end-to-end implementation ofD365 F&O Finance modules includingGeneral Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Cash & Bank Management Budgeting and Financial Reporting.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet client financial and regulatory requirements.
- Define and implementfinancial workflows dimensions posting profiles tax setups and currency management.
- Integrate D365 F&O Finance with other modules (e.g.Supply Chain Project Accounting HR) and third-party systems.
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
- Conductgap analysisbetween business requirements and D365 F&O capabilities.
- Recommend best practices for financial processes compliance and reporting.
- Design and document functional specifications for customizations reports and integrations.
User Training & Support
- Develop and deliverend-user trainingand documentation for finance processes in D365 F&O.
- Providepost-go-live support troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
Reporting & Compliance
- Configure and optimizefinancial reportsusingManagement Reporter Power BI or
Excel templates.
- Ensure compliance withGAAP IFRS local tax laws and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes within D365 F&O.
MANDATORY
Required Experience
- 7 yearsof hands-on experience as aFinance Functional ConsultantinDynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong background inaccounting finance and ERP systems.
- Proven track record offull-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations(discovery design configuration testing deployment support).
- Expertise infinancial modules(GL AP AR FA Budgeting Cost Accounting).
- Experience withdata migration integration (Power Platform Logic Apps) and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications(e.g. MB-300 MB-310).
- Knowledge ofPower BI Azure DevOps and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
- Experience withmulti-currency multi-company and intercompany transactions.
- Familiarity withregulatory compliance (VAT GST SOX etc.).
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification (MB-310)
Location & Travel
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
