What do we need from you

Education & Experience

• Education in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Pharmacy or a related field.

• Minimum experience of 58 years in cosmetic product development with a strong focus on aerosols preferrebly in industrialization and manufacturing processes within the cosmetics sector.

• Previous team management experience is highly valued.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong expertise in cosmetic formulation and aerosol technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of EU cosmetic regulations and product safety requirements.

• Understanding of consumer trends and sensory-driven product development.

• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent English (C1 level preferred).

What will your day-to-day be like if you join the R&D team

• Lead the development of cosmetic products in aerosol formats (e.g. haircare skincare personal care).

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and formulation to industrialization and launch.

• Design and optimize formulations ensuring performance stability and sensory attributes.

• Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations (EU Cosmetics Regulation REACH CLP).

• Conduct and supervise stability compatibility and safety testing.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate trends into innovative products.

• Lead and mentor the R&D team promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

• Identify emerging trends ingredients and technologies in cosmetic aerosols.

• Work closely with suppliers (raw materials fragrances packaging valves propellants).

• Prepare technical documentation (PIF safety assessments technical dossiers).
