Job Summary
Were Hiring: Airports Supervisor Portugal
Location: Lisbon (with regular travel to Porto and Faro Airports)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to manage and coordinate promotional teams across major airports in Portugal including Lisbon Porto and Faro. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills a hands-on approach and the ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise coordinate and motivate teams of promoters across multiple product categories (Beauty Perfumery Food & Beverage etc.)
Ensure high standards of execution and brand representation at all airport locations
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and international clients
Monitor performance provide feedback and support team development
Organize schedules coverage and logistics across different airports
Travel regularly between Lisbon Porto and Faro airports
Requirements:
High level of English (essential) for communication with internal teams and international clients
Proven experience managing teams of promoters or similar roles
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Availability to travel frequently between airports
Based in Lisbon
Previous experience in airport environments is a strong plus
