Clearance: Active NATO Secret (or national equivalent) is highly desirable and often required
Experience: Proven background in defense government or large-scale international environments
Language: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Contracting: Must be open to working on a freelance / B2B basis
Citizenship: Must hold nationality of a NATO member country
Work Locations
Roles are primarily based in Portugal (Oeiras) but also Belgium (Braine-lAlleud Brussels Mons) and the Netherlands (The Hague) with occasional requirements across other NATO sites in Europe. Hybrid arrangements may apply depending on role security classification.
