Job Summary
Main Mission
Reporting to the Network Team you are responsible for developing managing and optimizing a network of Pick-Up & Drop-Off (PUDO) points within your assigned region.
You play a key role in scaling the network while ensuring operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development
Identify and recruit new PUDO partners (local shops retailers)
Lead onboarding and contract setup
Ensure optimal network coverage in your area
Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Conduct regular field visits
Support partners in daily operations
Training
Train new partners on processes and tools
Provide continuous coaching and refresher training
Ensure compliance with operational standards
Performance & Quality
Monitor KPIs (parcel volume service quality SLAs customer satisfaction)
Identify improvement areas and implement action plans
Ensure brand standards are met
Internal Coordination
Report field insights and issues
Collaborate with operations support and product teams
