We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the sourcing negotiation and vendor management processes for suppliers and subcontractors primarily across administration media and marketing-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement best practices and an ability to manage multiple vendor relationships while ensuring cost-effectiveness quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors for goods and services in admin and media sectors.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs RFPs PO creation and contract negotiation.

• Maintain and update approved vendor lists service agreements and procurement databases.

• Work closely with internal departments (Admin Marketing Production Finance) to gather procurement requirements and project timelines.

• Negotiate pricing terms and conditions to achieve optimal value and service levels.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.

• Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and vendor payments.

• Track and manage procurement budgets ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all procurement transactions.

• Assist in developing procurement strategies to support long-term business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• 7 years of relevant procurement experience preferably in the media events or corporate services industries.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of procurement software/tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Zoho).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced project-driven environment.

• Familiarity with local and international procurement standards and compliance practices.
