Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer with deep platform expertise capable of building scalable solutions and integrations across modules. The role requires solid hands-on development integration capabilities and working knowledge of ITSM. Exposure to FSM and Telecom domain is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Build and customize applications using:
Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies
Flow Designer IntegrationHub
Develop and manage integrations: REST/SOAP APIsThird-party system integrations
Configure and enhance ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change)
Work on data modeling CMDB and platform best practices
Troubleshoot performance and production issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Must independently design and implement end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow using server-side (Business Rules Script Includes) and client-side (Client Scripts UI Policies) scripting no reliance on low-code-only approaches.
Must have hands-on experience building and troubleshooting real integrations (REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub) including data transformation error handling and performance optimization in production environments.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (38 years)
Deep understanding of:
Server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript)
ServiceNow architecture and data model
Experience in integrations:
REST/SOAP JSON/XML
Solid working knowledge of ITSM processes
Good debugging and problem-solving capability
Good to Have
Experience in FSM (Field Service Management)
Exposure to Telecom domain (OSS/BSS network workflows service assurance)
Experience with:
CMDB / CSDM
Performance tuning
Domain Separation
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD preferred)
