Halal Certification Services USA. Inc is a U.S.-based halal certification body providing end-to-end services including halal certification auditing training and advisory across industries such as food & beverage pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. With a focus on efficiency reliability and global recognition. Our company helps businesses comply with international halal standards and access the growing global halal market.

Please note that this position is open only to USA residents who are authorized to work in the United States. Candidates from outside the USA will not be considered for this role.

Tasks

Engagement Type: Project-based / on-demand assignments

Knowledge of Halal standards Islamic dietary laws and certification processes.

Experience in food production quality assurance or food safety audits.

Strong analytical observational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and training sessions.

Attention to detail organization and the ability to prepare detailed audit reports.

Familiarity with international Halal certification standards such as JAKIM MUI or MUIS is preferred.

Proficiency in English

Ability to travel locally and internationally to conduct on-site inspections and audits.

Requirements

Role Description

This is a need-based on-site role for a Halal Technical Auditor located in the USA (New Jersey New York and Connecticut). The Halal Technical Auditor will conduct Halal compliance audits across food production and processing facilities to ensure adherence to Halal standards. Responsibilities include evaluating raw materials and processes developing detailed audit reports and collaborating with production teams to provide expertise on Halal standards. The role also involves educating clients on Halal requirements and supporting continuous improvement of procedures in alignment with Islamic dietary principles.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for auditors based in the United States to collaborate with us on a need-to-basis (project-based) engagement.

Basic Requirements

  • Residing in the United States
  • Legal status: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
  • Minimum education: Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field (see list below)

Candidates must hold a bachelors degree in one of the following fields:
