Job Summary
Interior Architect / Interior Designer Student Housing Projects (Madrid)
We are looking for a Interior Architect / Interior Designer with more than 3 years of experience in similar roles to join our team and contribute to the development of student housing interior design projects across multiple international locations.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture / Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions
- Proven experience in interior design projects ideally within residential hospitality or student housing sectors
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Italian language skills will be considered a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 3D modelling skills are a plus
- Experience with KIM software is an advantage
Personal Skills
- Highly responsible detail-oriented and precise
- Strong coordination skills with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive autonomous and capable of taking ownership of tasks
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving mindset
Other Requirements
- Availability to travel when required
