About the Role
Were building the next iconic beverage brand out of Berlin starting with a carbonated cold matcha drink.
As a Marketing Associate youll own and execute across social content and growth with one goal: make the brand impossible to ignore.
This is for someone who understands internet culture aesthetics and distribution.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Create and manage content across: Instagram TikTok LinkedIn
- Develop and execute content strategy posting cadence
- Shoot and edit short-form video content
- Run experiments (formats hooks campaigns)
- Collaborate with creators / influencers
- Support brand activations events
- Track performance and optimize
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Strong taste in content design and branding
- Native understanding of TikTok / IG trends
- Hands-on creator (you film edit post)
- Fast execution willingness to experiment
- Clear bold communication style
Bonus
- Experience growing social accounts
- Video editing skills (CapCut Premiere etc.)
- Background in marketing media or design
