Tasks

• Architect our Application: Design develop and optimize modern web applications with a focus on the backend.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete development lifecycle - from requirements analysis to testing and deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design product and other engineering teams to continually refine the system architecture.
• System Optimization & Scaling: Establish best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical decisions perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation knowledge sharing and excellence.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience in full-stack / backend development
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable high-performance web applications and implement effective optimization strategies
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks (e.g. ) and the integration of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB)
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a passion for clean maintainable code as well as experience in agile development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and glue work
• Highly motivated and proactive eager to take ownership of the full domain and follow through in a fast-paced aspiring startup environment
• Fluency in English
