- We are looking for aData Privacy & Compliance Executivewith strong documentation and process orientation to support and drive compliance across ISO frameworks and data protection requirements. The role will focus on structuring and aligning internal processes (including Go4GST workflows) with regulatory and certification standards.
- Develop and maintain:
- Policies SOPs and documentation aligned with ISO standards
- Data privacy and compliance documentation
- Support implementation and alignment with:
- ISO 27001 (Information Security)
- ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management)
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act
- Work closely with internal teams to:
- Map and document processes (especially Go4GST workflows)
- Identify gaps and ensure compliance alignment
- Assist in:
- Internal audits and compliance reviews
- Risk identification and mitigation documentation
- Maintain records related to:
- Data handling access controls and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with external consultants/auditors (if required)
- 35 years of experience in:
- Data Privacy / Compliance / GRC / Information Security
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Documentation SOP creation and policy drafting
- Working knowledge of:
- ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 frameworks
- Data privacy regulations
- Exposure to:
- IT / SaaS / ERP / GST / compliance-driven environments preferred
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in:
- IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity / Engineering
- OR Law / related field
- Certifications (good to have):
- ISO 27001 / ISO 27701
- Data Privacy / GDPR-related certifications
