Requirement description :
- Proficient in gen surg ortho fracture care vascular and urology Required
- BLS- REQUIRED
- NBSTSA - REQUIRED
- Previous travel- Highly Preferred
- NOTE: completion of Glens Falls Hospital Operating Room Orientation will be required!
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- NBSTSA Certification and BLS - Must be uploaded with profile
