Scope of Role
We are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive with 2-4 years of quota-carrying closing experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup knows how to run the entire sales process from sourcing to close and is a fast learner who can sell anything. This role is crucial for designing the GTM engine that will take us to $10M and beyond in revenue.
What will you be doing
- Own the full mid-market sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to closing deals.
- Build and manage your pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct product demos solution mapping and navigate procurement processes including security reviews.
- Collaborate with one of our two SDRs to book meetings and build pipeline.
- Codify repeatable playbooks and help build out our sales processes and systems for future AEs.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Be a US Citizen
- 2 years of experience in a full- cycle quota- carrying B2B SaaS sales role
- Consistently over- achieved quota (e. g. Presidents Club)
- Experience at an early- stage high- growth startup (Series C/D or earlier).
- Experience closing deals with ACVs of $30k- $100k and sales cycles of 2-4 months
Nice to Have:
- Sold to GovCon public sector or other regulated industries.
