We are looking for a full-cycle Account Executive with 2-4 years of quota-carrying closing experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup knows how to run the entire sales process from sourcing to close and is a fast learner who can sell anything. This role is crucial for designing the GTM engine that will take us to $10M and beyond in revenue.
What will you be doing
Own the full mid-market sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to closing deals.
Build and manage your pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up.
Conduct product demos solution mapping and navigate procurement processes including security reviews.
Collaborate with one of our two SDRs to book meetings and build pipeline.
Codify repeatable playbooks and help build out our sales processes and systems for future AEs.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Be a US Citizen
2 years of experience in a full- cycle quota- carrying B2B SaaS sales role
Consistently over- achieved quota (e. g. Presidents Club)
Experience at an early- stage high- growth startup (Series C/D or earlier).
Experience closing deals with ACVs of $30k- $100k and sales cycles of 2-4 months
Nice to Have:
Sold to GovCon public sector or other regulated industries.
