Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telephone Triage Call Center
Location (On-site Remote or Hybrid): Durham NC (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Total Weekly Hours: 40

Triage call Center RN
This position is needed to manage an average of 90 calls and 170 in basket messages received daily. RN will answer live calls approx. 120-150/day and responds to in basket messages and refills.

HARDSTOP Required skills and experience - Must be able to type 40 WPM 2 years of recent Triage Clinic Internal Medicine ED or Allergy/Immunology/Pulmonary experience considered.

Required Certs: BLS
Required charting experience: EPIC

Schedule - 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday ON SITE at call center
Weekend REQ: No

Floating: Will float to Rheumatology triage

Local Rate: $5 less considered within 75 miles
Local OK: Yes within 75 miles

Licensure: NC or Compact license in hand

First-Timer: NO

Orientations: Bi-Weekly.

Any Other Details: Flu vaccines are required. No exemptions or declinations accepted!
