Job Summary
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities analyze system performance and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to effectively support the businesss evolving needs.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks Python (Programming Language) Data Engineering.- Advanced proficiency in Python Apache Spark Operations and ETL Development along with expert proficiency in Data Processing is suggested.- Innovate data solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop tailored solutions. - Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability. - Implement best practices for data governance and security. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data processes.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
