Job Summary
Beacon Charter High School for the Arts seeks a full-time long term substitute Social Studies teacher with a valid RI Secondary Social Studies certificate to join our dedicated and passionate teaching faculty. Comfort with curriculum writing preferred. This position is potentially till the end of the 25-26 school one of the states most successful public charter schools is located in Woonsocket Rhode Island and serves 231 student artists from across the state. We are looking for educators with:
- strong standards-based lesson planning and development skills;
- student-centered approach; and
- commitment to being a participating team member.
