Salary: basic (OTE 25000)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated customer-focused Candidate to join their successful and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills a professional approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will play a key role in supporting tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process ensuring a smooth and positive experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their needs and requirements
- Match applicants with suitable rental properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide a high level of customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate rental terms between all parties
- Carry out property inspections to ensure standards are maintained
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Provide professional communication via phone email and face-to-face
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Experience in an office-based or professional environment
- Strong customer-facing experience (in person and over the phone)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional confident and well-presented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- IT literate (MS Office and able to pick up new systems quickly)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Desirable
- Previous experience within lettings estate agency or property
- Background in sales customer service or call centre environments
- Experience working in a target-driven environment

Working Hours
- Monday Thursday: 8:30am 6:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am 4:00pm (5-day week with a day off in lieu)
