Job Overview:

The Inside Sales & Warehouse Support role is responsible for assisting with daily sales operations while supporting warehouse activities to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication organization and multitasking skills to coordinate between customers sales teams and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inside sales support by assisting customers with product inquiries pricing and order placement

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked packed and shipped correctly

• Maintain and update customer records sales data and inventory information

• Assist with inventory control stock organization and cycle counts

• Support shipping and receiving operations including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding order status and availability

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in inside sales customer service or warehouse support preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills and experience with order entry systems or ERP systems preferred

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Open availability and flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
