Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible and experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in Facade systems and window procurement. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendor management cost negotiation and timely procurement of Facade and fenestration materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end procurement of Facade materials (ACP glass aluminium profiles hardware sealants etc.) and window systems.
Identify evaluate and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to achieve cost efficiency. Prepare purchase orders track orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and site teams.
Ensure quality compliance and material specifications as per project requirements.
4–7 years of experience in procurement specifically in the Facade and window industry.
Strong knowledge of Facade materials systems and suppliers. Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of contracts pricing and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Supply Chain or related field.
Experience working with Facade contractors or construction companies.
Salary: 4.5 Lacs to 6 Lacs PA
