Job Summary
We are looking for Zoho Implementation Executives with strong domain expertise and prior experience in software implementation. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring solutions from Zoho Corporation based on client business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand client business requirements in respective domain
- Configure and implement Zoho applications (CRM Books People Inventory etc.)
- Map business processes to Zoho workflows and modules
- Conduct client onboarding and training sessions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales demo technical)
- Handle data migration testing and go-live support
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery
Requirements
Experience:
- 3years of experience in IT product / SaaS sales
- Experience working with Zoho partners or selling ERP/CRM solutions preferred
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
