Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Product Demo Executive to showcase Zoho Corporation products to prospective clients. The role involves understanding client requirements delivering engaging product demonstrations and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live demos of Zoho products such as CRM Books People and other business applications
- Understand client requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly
- Explain product features benefits and use cases clearly
- Handle client queries during and after demos
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Follow up with prospects post-demo
- Maintain demo data reports and client feedback
- Stay updated with latest Zoho product updates and features
Requirements
For Freshers:
- Graduate in any stream (BBA BCom BSc etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of business software / SaaS (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1-3 years of experience in product demos / SaaS sales / presales
- Prior experience with Zoho or similar tools (CRM ERP HRMS) preferred
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand business workflows and map solutions

- Basic technical understanding of SaaS products
- Problem-solving attitude
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
