The Anesthesia Technician Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the work of anesthesia technician teams across multiple facilities. This role focuses on personnel leadership operational efficiency and ensuring consistent high-quality technical support for anesthesia services. The Manager reports to the Director of Anesthesia Providers and Technicians and partners with other anesthesia leadership and perioperative teams to optimize daily operations uphold safety standards and ensure technicians are trained supported and working cohesively.This position requires strong leadership skills and familiarity with the operating room environment and perioperative workflows. Direct anesthesia technician experience is not required but experience in clinical operations perioperative services or healthcare team leadership is strongly preferred.

Additional Job Description
- Bachelors degree required in related field
- Strong leadership experience required (preferred recent supervisory or managerial role).
- Familiarity with operating room or perioperative workflows required; experience may come from nursing surgical services clinical operations or related fields.
- Certification as an Anesthesia Technician/Technologist (ASATT) is not required but considered a plus.
- Excellent communication conflict-resolution and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead across multiple sites and manage complex operational demands.
