Industrial Electrician - Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

One of our valued clients is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team! If you enjoy hands-on work troubleshooting complex systems and keeping operations running at peak performance this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

This role offers a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule giving you built-in days off throughout the month-perfect for work-life balance. Plus youll have the opportunity to earn a quarterly perfect attendance bonus.

What Youll Do:

• Take the lead on electrical installations panel wiring and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and keep production moving
• Work with 480VAC 3-phase systems and advanced equipment including ABB robots
• Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify and solve issues quickly
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently
• Work safely at heights and operate various hand and power tools
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Support and contribute to a strong safety-first (SAFE) culture

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical work (or a combination of education and hands-on experience)
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Proven reliability with a strong attendance record
• Solid communication skills-able to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with a team
• Working knowledge of local state and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-phase motors and controls
