Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning organizing and coordinating projects from start to finish
- Maintain project timelines schedules and deliverables
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Support project managers in organizing meetings preparing reports and documenting decisions
- Coordinate resources materials and logistics for project activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Communications or a related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
