EverLine Coatings a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is seeking a reliable experienced and hands-on Operations Lead to support the growth of our South Jersey and Wilmington Delaware locations. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in the daily execution of field operations within a fast-paced and growing franchise.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Lead to lead the operational delivery of our pavement maintenance services including line striping asphalt repair sealcoating and related services. You will be responsible for field crew management job scheduling quality control materials equipment readiness and safety compliance.
As Operations Lead you will report directly to Ownership and work alongside our Sales Lead who will focus on customer acquisition and account management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field knows how to get the job done efficiently and wants to grow with a company that values initiative and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational components of the franchise playbook and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Lead daily scheduling and coordination of all job sites and field crews.
- Hire train supervise and coach field team members to deliver high-quality work and follow safety standards.
- Monitor job performance and ensure compliance with EverLines quality safety and service standards.
- Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates on project execution and crew performance.
- Ensure all equipment and vehicles are well maintained and ready for use.
- Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies in alignment with job needs and budget.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflow and suggest improvements.
- Foster a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement on all job sites.
Requirements & Skills
- 3 years of experience in asphalt maintenance line striping operations management field services construction or similar roles.
- Knowledge of asphalt maintenance line striping sealcoating or similar trades a strong plus.
- Valid drivers license and experience driving truck and trailer; hook up to a hitch etc.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on field-based role with early start times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial B2B service business or within a franchise system.
- Familiarity with construction paving parking lot maintenance or related industries.
- Experience implementing safety programs and process improvements.
