Sr Analyst, ERP (3066)
Job Summary
The Senior ERP Analyst leads the design configuration and optimization of Trinity Healths enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support complex financial supply chain and operational workflows. This role serves as a subject matter expert partnering closely with both clinical and non-clinical leaders in a highly collaborative environment to translate strategic business needs into scalable system solutions that enhance data integrity reporting accuracy and overall operational performance. As a key contributor within a supportive and team-oriented culture the Senior ERP Analyst works alongside cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment consistency and shared success across the organization. The role also champions system standardization ensures regulatory compliance and leads continuous improvement initiatives contributing to a well-coordinated efficient and forward-thinking operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of complex business processes and translate strategic and operational requirements into ERP system design configuration and enhancements aligned with organizational standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and advanced support of ERP modules including resolving escalated system issues coordinating system upgrades and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Design and validate complex reports dashboards and data integrations to support financial operational and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and IT teams to plan test and implement system changes ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and minimal operational disruption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation governance standards and best practices to support consistency scalability and knowledge transfer.
- Lead system optimization initiatives mentor junior analysts and provide advanced end-user training to improve system adoption accuracy and efficiency.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Relevant ERP certification (e.g. Oracle Workday SAP)
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in ERP systems finance accounting or supply chain operations
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations upgrades or large-scale system enhancements
Special Skills or Training Requirements:
- Advanced project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong expertise in ERP system configuration integrations and data management
- Advanced data analysis reporting and financial systems knowledge
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts or project teams
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements preferred
- Supply chain and financial systems experience strongly preferred
Physical Requirements:
The Senior ERP Analyst primarily works in a sedentary office or remote environment requiring prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer and standard office equipment. Occasional on-site work may be required as needed. The role may involve occasional standing walking bending and lifting light office materials. Adequate vision hearing and manual dexterity are necessary to analyze detailed data operate systems and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
