Project Manager Technical Services

• Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters.
• Planning and managing quality safety health and environment issues on projects.
• Risk identification and management.
• Establishing effective project governance processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
• Project planning including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
• Advising upon the procurement of contractors and consultants.
• Co-ordinating with the overall cross-functional project team.
• Managing the change control process.
• Monitoring and advising upon project finances.
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
• Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
• Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
• Strong stakeholder management understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly.
• Able to manage full cycle project delivery of technical building services projects (ie HVAC Electrification Chillers Electrical/Mechanical etc) from the feasibility to delivery and handover.

Qualifications :

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field or project management or relevant industry experience in building services and construction (Builder Contract administration Electrical HVAC Security BMS Fire Hydraulic etc).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management who can deliver projects autonomously with senior support
