Job Summary
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- We are looking for 1-yr temporary shipping staff to support the Shipping function in HK site of Avery Dennison.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Handling shipping documentation such as B/L AWB Invoice & Packing List for daily import / export processes certification.
Assisting with transport arrangements by sea air or road.
Liaising with internal parties (CS Supply Chain and Warehouse) and forwarders / agents for the logistics arrangement with customers / suppliers.
Qualifications :
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
F6 standard with 1-3 years experience in the shipping or logistics sectors.
Knowledge on routine import / export processes and customs declaration via the Tradelink system.
Good interpersonal and communications skill.
Good command in English reading and writing.
