Job Summary

About the Role

You are responsible to lead and manage sales activities sales development and establishing loyalty among customers in own business area to achieve designated sales targets. Meeting assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development. Report to General Manager Sales Industrial Service.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Leads and directs sales team activities to meet the organizations objectives. Owns the key account management responsibilities over most important clients sells companys products and services actively.
  2. Responsible for performing Business Reviews with agreement customers utilizing our online customer portal aiming to renew expiring service agreements.
  3. Prepare quotations tenders and negotiate terms based on company Contractual Instructions guideline and grant levels of authority approval. Ensure that sales offer meet the companys profitability targets and allowable contract terms.
  4. Regular follow up with customers on all pending new/renewal agreement and update to Siebel Sales Funnel activities.
  5. Update or enrich all information on asset data quality in Siebel before converting the order.
  6. Maintain and develop business relationship with customers so as to build up long term business continuity.
  7. Promote the sales of Service/Modernization to customers as and when the opportunity arises and passes on the enquiries to Service/Modernization Sales Representatives for follow up with potential customers.
  8. Promote YKC adoption to all agreement customer and Checkapp packages in bundling New/Renewal Agreement.
  9. Implement parts sales strategy jointly with Parts sales representative by developing new parts list to customers in order to help achieve parts orders and sales targets for the Division.
  10. Perform field activities according to HSE procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.
  11. Provide input to General Manager Sales Industrial Service on expected orders and sales for New/Renewal Agreement to help with budget estimation for the following year.
  12. Leads directs evaluates coaches and develops a team of sales team. Manages the sales related activities through the CRM systems ensuring appropriate target setting reporting lead identification and reporting. Ensures the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system.
  13. Coordinate with Planner and ensure all are met when there is an update of changes; schedule site requirement safety standard delivery timeline etc.
  14. Assist Finance and Administration team to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts.
  15. Responsible for cross-functional operations ensuring all tasks are completed according to sales and marketing strategies.
  16. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Qualifications :

Requirements

  1. Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Sales Management.
  2. Min. 8 years sales experience in industry-related equipment sales services sales or relevant including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  3. Knowledge of products technical and support business process and other related process to service. Familiar with crane industry business is preferred.
  4. Knowledge of Service Procedures
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills
  6. Good English skill in both spoken and written
  7. SAP-Materials Management system
  8. Decide and Initiating Action
  9. Lead and Supervising
  10. Meet Customer Expectations
  11. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
